Ben's Ginger Ingwerkonzentrat

Ben's Ginger is an organic ginger concentrate, but not because of the sugar (it is not a syrup), but precisely because of the high ginger content. Ben's Ginger is made with love and by hand from fresh and carefully selected Peruvian ginger. Ben's Ginger is not cooked in the small factory, but only pasteurised shortly before bottling in order to preserve the nutrients. In addition to a little lemon and lime juice, a little brown cane sugar ensures a balanced flavour. A dash of almond syrup adds the finishing touch - according to Ben Kettels, an absolutely essential ingredient that rounds off the potion in a magical way. Finally, the mixture is briefly heated to 80 °C in order to pasteurise it. The gentle production process and ingredients make Ben's Ginger ideal for ginger spritzers, ginger tea, cocktails and much more. In particular, the high ginger content of 20 per cent and the low sugar content make the ginger concentrate from Ben's Ginger unique. Once opened, the ginger concentrate should be stored in a cool place and consumed within 3-4 months.
