In 2010, the motor for the world’s first professional luxury hair dryer was developed from a total of 140 years of experience by BaBylissPRO and Ferrari. The latest collaboration resulted in the BaBylissPRO Italia Brava, made in Italy and equipped with the new MaxlifePRO motor.

MaxlifePRO Technology:
Conventional motors are equipped with carbon brushes that generate voltage and wear out over the lifespan of a device, which can ultimately lead to motor failure. BaBylissPRO has replaced these carbon brushes with four rare-earth permanent magnets. As a result, the Italia Brava is:

• lighter
• produces very little vibration
• has an exceptionally long lifespan

MaxlifePRO brushless motors have a runtime of up to 10,000 hours.

Lightweight:
Compared to the motors of typical AC professional hair dryers, the MaxlifePRO motor has a noticeably lower weight.

Low Vibration:
Sealed ball bearings minimize the stresses on the motor, resulting in significantly less vibration. This guarantees a more comfortable working experience.

Constant Airflow and Air Pressure - Voltage Independent:
Maximum performance at any power supply and independent of voltage fluctuations.

Drying Performance at the Highest Level:
15% stronger airflow compared to other professional devices. Thanks to the lockable turbo function, maximum drying performance is achieved. The cool shot button can be used to set the style.

Comfort & Ergonomics:
The Italia Brava has been specifically designed to meet the needs of stylists: tension and muscle pain are reduced thanks to its special ergonomics.

Noise Filter:
The hair dryer is equipped with a noise-reducing, removable filter for a more pleasant sound environment in the salon.
