A film-forming agent in the soft texture keeps the lashes "in shape." Application: Position the brush horizontally under the lashes, starting at the base of the lashes. Gently push up and hold to allow the film-forming agent to take effect. Pull through to the tips of the lashes with zig-zag movements. For more volume, repeat the process.
