B Synch On has been developed to support and enhance your waking process. Four purely natural active ingredients—Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and Caffeine—are contained in a delayed-release capsule. About 7 hours after ingestion, the revitalizing nutrients are released into the body, making waking up easier.
B Synch On is taken before bedtime, but the caffeine, minerals, and vitamins are only released after 7 hours. These core substances are released only after a full night's rest, just before waking up. This positively influences cortisol levels and promotes the natural waking process.
Each capsule contains over 50 small pellets. The core of each pellet is filled with the active ingredients caffeine, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, and Zinc.
