B Sync on was developed to support and enhance your waking process. It contains four purely natural active ingredients: Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and Caffeine, all encapsulated in a delayed-release capsule. About 7 hours after ingestion, the revitalizing nutrients are released into the body, making waking up easier.
B Sync on is taken before bedtime, but the caffeine, minerals, and vitamins are only released after 7 hours. These core substances are released only after a full night's rest, just before waking up. This positively influences cortisol levels and promotes the natural waking process.
