B Sync on was developed to support and enhance your waking process. Four purely natural active ingredients—Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and Caffeine—are contained in a delayed-release capsule. About 7 hours after ingestion, the revitalizing nutrients are released into the body, allowing you to wake up with ease.
B Sync on is taken before bedtime, but the caffeine, minerals, and vitamins are only released after 7 hours. These core substances are released only after a full night's sleep, just before waking up. This positively influences cortisol levels and promotes the natural waking process.
