Regular cleansing improves breathing, sleep and appetite. \UseFrom the age of 4 months. 1 to 2 times a day as a preventive measure, 3 to 6 times a day for nasal congestion. \r\nClean your hands and then wash the syringe and silicone tip.,Fill the syringe with saline or physiological serum.,Attach the nasal silicone tip to the syringe.,Put your child in a sitting position.
