Autan Insect repellent spray

The protection provided by a single application of Autan Multi Insect Pump Spray keeps mosquitoes away for up to 8 hours and repels ticks and biting flies for up to 4 hours. It is also effective against the tiger mosquito for up to 6 hours. The active ingredient Icaridin ensures that mosquitoes are deterred. It is important to apply the product thoroughly; otherwise, mosquitoes will target areas not treated with the repellent. After this time or as needed, you should reapply. We recommend using about 6 to 7 sprays, or approximately 1 ml, for the area of one forearm. Please note that Autan is not waterproof. The protection should be renewed after bathing or swimming. The effectiveness may also diminish due to sweat and abrasion, so you may need to spray more frequently as needed. For application on the face, we recommend spraying the product onto your palms and then distributing it on your face, avoiding the eye area. Mosquitoes can also bite through very thin clothing, so it may be advisable to apply the product under clothing as well. Thorough application is always crucial. When using Autan alongside sunscreen (or other cosmetics), we recommend applying Autan after the sunscreen has been applied. Disposal note: Do not reuse the packaging; instead, dispose of it in the recycling collection when empty. Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use.
