1. Removal of crusted earwax
Apply light pressure away from the hearing aid to moisten the bristles of the brush. Scrub with the brush to dissolve and remove earwax. Wipe the hearing aid with a dry, soft cloth.

2. Cleaning the surfaces of the hearing aid
Spray the cleaning solution onto a dry, soft cloth. Wipe the surfaces of the hearing aid with the cloth. After cleaning, wipe the hearing aid again with a dry, soft cloth. Never spray the product directly onto the hearing aid.

Daily cleaning of hearing aids and earplugs is recommended.
