The Artzt Vitality Fascia Tool TriggerHolz features a robust and impact-resistant surface. It is free from paint and instead finished with a polish of wax and oil, making the fascia tool resistant to dirt, water-repellent, and abrasion-resistant. Additionally, the massage stick complies with the EN71.3 toy directive and is sweat and saliva resistant according to DIN 53160.

Proper use: Trigger points are knobby muscle tensions that can arise from prolonged sitting or incorrect, insufficient, or excessive movement. To treat them, apply targeted pressure to the tense area with the TriggerHolz (local compression). Intensify this pressure for 30-60 seconds and then maintain it for up to 5 minutes. Your body weight will continuously regulate the pressure, allowing for a personalized treatment depending on the severity of the tension and pain sensitivity. Smaller massage movements around the tension are also possible. The narrower cone of the Plus variant allows for a more focused and intense treatment.
