Ladies from the "Soft Eye Liner waterproof" series designed by Artdeco. The Soft Eye Liner waterproof is extremely durable due to its newly developed formulation. Once dried, it becomes smudge-proof and water-resistant.
Features:
Extremely durable waterproof eye pencil. The pleasantly creamy texture of the pencil ensures easy and precise application. The Soft Eye Liner can be blended well immediately after application and is characterized by good color payoff and high coverage. It is fragrance-free and contains natural antioxidants as well as vitamin E.
