Application:
Use the razor to shape the eyebrows, then contour the brows with the liner and finally brush them into shape with the spoolie. Turn the transparent cap to the left. Position the razor at a 45° angle against the unwanted tips of the eyebrows so that the blade catches and trims the hairs.
