The Eye Designer eyeshadows from Artdeco do not settle into the crease of the eyelid and are very long-lasting. With the refillable Eye Designer cartridge system, a custom color combination is possible. The two different shapes of the accompanying applicator allow for precise and professional application of the eyeshadows. Nourishing waxes keep the eye area soft and supple. The Eye Designer is especially convenient for on-the-go use. It contains Vitamin E, is water-resistant, and fragrance-free. Application: Unscrew the transparent protective cap from the double applicator pencil. Remove the cap from the refill and carefully screw the cartridge onto the applicator. Use the thicker applicator for lighter colors as a base, and the pointed applicator for darker colors to create finer lines or to highlight specific areas of the eyes.
