With the refillable Eye Designer cartridge system, you can create a personalized color combination. The two different shapes of the accompanying applicator allow for precise and professional application of the eyeshadows. Nourishing waxes keep the eye area soft and supple. The Eye Designer is particularly convenient for on-the-go use. It contains vitamin E, is water-resistant, and fragrance-free. Application: Unscrew the transparent protective cap from the double applicator pencil. Remove the cap from the refill and carefully screw the cartridge onto the applicator. Screw lighter colors onto the thicker applicator for base application, and darker colors onto the pointed applicator for finer lines or to accentuate specific areas of the eyes.
