Application: Angel Eyes Mascara: Apply the mascara from the base to the tips of your lashes. Eye Make-up Remover: To remove your eye make-up, place a cotton pad soaked with the liquid Eye Make-up Remover on your closed eyelid. Gently press it down. With light pressure, pull the cotton pad down and repeat the process if necessary.
