The naturally flavoured effervescent tablet is pleasant to take - perfect for starting the day. Instructions for use: For people aged 12 and over. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a large glass of water, preferably taken in the morning. Consult a doctor beforehand if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not combine with other vitamin D preparations. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are no substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
