Spirulina (Spirulina platensis) is a microscopic blue-green algae that originated in Mexico and has spread to other parts of the world, such as Inner Mongolia. This algae is traditionally used to promote vitality and energy, especially in times of temporary fatigue. Directions for use: Oral intake. For adults and children from 6 years of age. Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with a large glass of water at mealtimes. Not recommended for people who are sensitive to iodine. Not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
