Directions for use
Cys-Control capsules are taken orally. Adults take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, 12 hours apart, with a large glass of water. It is recommended that you drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day, especially if you suffer from urinary tract problems. People taking anticoagulants from the K antagonist class should consult their doctor before use. Prolonged consumption of cranberry is not recommended if you are prone to kidney stones. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. This product is not suitable for people who are sensitive to any of the ingredients. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients
Cranberry dry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.), heather blossom extract (Calluna vulgaris (L.) Hull), filler calcium phosphate, maize starch, anti-caking agents such as cellulose, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and magnesium stearate. The capsule shell consists of vegetable materials.
