From 15 years of age: Apply 2 sprays under the tongue three times a day. Before a stressful event, 6 sprays at once are also possible. Shake before use. Hold the bottle upright. Actuate the spray pump 5-6 times during the first application. Advice: Must not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking anticoagulants, ask your doctor for advice. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. This product is not addictive or drowsy.

For 6 sprays: Filler : Glycerol, Sorbitol - Water - Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis L.) 125mg, of which L-theanine 50mg - Thickener : Acacia gum - Hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa L.) 43mg, of which linoleic acid 26mg - matricaria flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.) 38mg - lemon juice concentrate (Citrus limon(L.)Burm.f.) - natural flavouring (apricot flavour).
