Application:
Place the lash clusters below your natural lashes directly above the waterline. The applicator can assist with the application. Start applying the clusters at the outer corner of the eye. Approximately 3 clusters per eye are recommended. To achieve a cat-eye effect, simply apply one cluster at the outer corner of the eye. To ensure a perfect hold, each cluster should be pressed firmly against your own lashes.
