The different hedgehog ball, the fascia training device for your trouser pocket

This soft hedgehog ball, also known as a pimple ball or spikey ball, is suitable for a wide variety of purposes. It can be used for massage, in physiotherapy, for gripping exercises with the hands or for pain relief. The soft pimples provide a gentle massage and are particularly well tolerated.

Areas of application:

  • Activating superficial skin and fascia tissue
  • Activating and improving the sensory system in the skin and superficial fascia and muscle structures (sensitive stimulation)
