Opus XVI Timber opens with monumental force: a strong, robust, boldly vertical presence of woods. Yet within moments, a wealth of nuances unfolds. The bright, woody facets of cypress, cardamom, and lavandin give the fragrance a radiant brilliance. Frankincense, juniper, and balsam fir contribute their own vibrant energy. Finally, palo santo, sandalwood, cedarwood, and patchouli ground the composition with their uncompromising authority – symbols of wisdom that remains steadfast and is not swept away by the currents of changing fashions.
