We recommend taking one Tema Magnesium effervescent tablet dissolved in 250 ml of water a maximum of twice a day. Reference intakes for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament.

Acidifier: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium carbonate, starch, inulin, sweetener: sodium cyclamate, flavouring, sweetener sodium saccharin, maltodextrin, beetroot juice powder, colouring riboflavin-5'-phosphate sodium.
