Instructions for use | - Always wash your hands before using a sanitary napkin. - Remove the packaging in which the sanitary napkin is wrapped and keep it to dispose of it later. - Now remove the protective film on the back (sometimes the packaging also serves as a protective film). - Now stick the adhesive side of the sanitary napkin to the bottom part of your briefs. Be careful not to stick the pad too far back or forwards. - If your pad has wings, remove the film (if necessary) and stick the wings to the underside of your briefs. - To dispose of a used pad, pull it off your briefs and roll it up like a sleeping bag in toilet paper or the packaging of a new pad. Then throw it in the rubbish bin. Remember that sanitary towels should never be flushed down the toilet. |
