Each black cumin oil capsule contains 500 mg of pure oil, obtained by gentle pressing, from selected seeds of the Egyptian black cumin (Nigella sativa) in combination with vitamin E. The vital vitamin E cannot be produced by the body on its own and must be supplied through food. Vitamin E stabilizes cell membranes and unsaturated fatty acids and can act as an antioxidant to trap free radicals. The soft capsules are purely vegetable and pleasant to swallow.
