The liquid texture can be easily applied to the powder-free eyelid thanks to the precise fiber tip and is smudge-proof within seconds. Suitable for fine to dramatic eyeliner looks. Application: Draw a line close to the lash line on the powder-free eyelid. Start at the inner corner of the eye and draw the line outward in one stroke.
