Ingredients
One poultice contains 30g AION A Swiss healing stone powder: 73% calcium carbonate, 27% silica (quartz, feldspar, mica, illite, montmorillonite).
Instructions for use
Turn on the tap and wet the ready-made wrap with warm or cold water and squeeze it out gently. Then wrap the pre-wrap around the desired joint or neck. Self-adhesive bandages or a cotton cloth are ideal for securing a joint wrap. The ready-made wrap can also be used as a support. Place the wrap diagonally on top of each other and allow it to act on the desired area or, depending on the desired size, cut the wrap in half with scissors. For a spinal treatment, apply the wrap vertically along its entire length. The application time is 20 - 30 minutes. Throw the compress and any used fixation bandages in the rubbish bin after use. Cotton cloths should be washed after each application. If necessary, you can cut the compress in the centre seam with scissors.
