Composition: Fructo-oligosaccharides, sucrose, glucose, fructose.

Properties: Actifibre consists of soluble dietary fibers (fructo-oligosaccharides) that are also found in many vegetables and fruits such as onions, garlic, asparagus, wheat, bananas, etc. Actifibre naturally nourishes the bifidobacteria that live in the human digestive tract, promoting their growth and reproduction. This is known as the bifidogenic effect. The stimulation of these bifidobacteria supports a regulated and harmonious digestion. Actifibre is a low-calorie supplement (8 kJ/g or 2 kcal/g). It is suitable for the whole family and also for diabetics. There are no contraindications.

Application: Actifibre should be taken with main meals. The powder is best mixed into the meal or drink (coffee, tea, etc.). In the first week, take 2 level measuring spoons per day. After that, gradually increase the dosage to a maximum of 5 level measuring spoons (=10 g) per day until the desired effect is achieved.
