Dietary supplement in powder form made from soluble dietary fibers for harmonious digestion. Actifibre consists of soluble dietary fibers (fructo-oligosaccharides), which are also found in many vegetables and fruits such as onions, garlic, asparagus, wheat, and bananas. Actifibre naturally nourishes the bifidobacteria that live in the human digestive tract, allowing for their development and multiplication. This is known as the bifidogenic effect. The stimulation of these bifidobacteria promotes a regulated and harmonious digestion. Actifibre is a low-calorie supplement (8 kJ/g or 2 kcal/g). Actifibre is suitable for the whole family and also for diabetics. There are no contraindications.

Usage

Actifibre should be taken with main meals. The powder is best mixed into the meal or beverage (coffee, tea, etc.). In the first week, take 2 level scoops per day. After that, gradually increase the dosage to a maximum of 5 level scoops (=10 g) per day, according to the desired effect.
