A bold reinterpretation by designer Samuel Ross in a limited edition of the Colonia design, featuring new, disruptive elements that rediscover and highlight Colonia as an icon of craftsmanship and Italian style. The series introduces unexpected and entirely new creative elements that bridge Italian and British modernism with flat, rich, and vibrant colors, elevating Colonia as an icon. The caps display the number 1 on the front, representing the first three-year collaboration, and the name Colonia on the back. The secondary packaging is made from 100% FSC paper in the same vibrant hue, sealed with a label bearing the Acqua di Parma crest. The screw pump of the Colonia fragrance bottle is easily removable for refilling and recycling. Included with the fragrance is a special booklet that explores the worlds of Acqua di Parma and Samuel Ross, the inspiration for the collaboration, and provides insight into the creation of the special edition Colonia. The sparkling character of Colonia comes to life as the bright notes of the instantly recognizable blend of golden fruits, radiant lemon, Calabrian bergamot, and orange fill the air. In the aromatic heart of the fragrance, it is further enhanced as lavender and a hint of rose harmoniously blend with aromatic rosemary. Warm and precious woody notes of vetiver, sandalwood, and patchouli round out the base of this iconic Eau de Cologne.
