Question about LEGO Millennium Falcon

I received the original packaging packed twice: the actual package in a neutral original LEGO box (with intact seals), the whole thing in another box (Galaxus). So the actual box is double protected and came in pristine condition.
Please note: the Galaxus box was huge and I couldn't carry it home on my own! I only managed thanks to a nice Migros employee who lent me a wheelchair with which I could transport the box :-)

Normally, the items are still additionally packed in a box. Very rarely this is not done. :)

To add my two cents... I have experienced everything. Galaxus outer box, all sets beautiful, in the Galaxus outer box, sets nevertheless with storage marks or indentations up to delivery without outer box and address sticker directly on the LEGO set! But the latter has only happened once so far. I refused to accept the parcel. Yes, you can. Tell the parcel carrier that you consider this to be transport damage and refuse to accept the parcel. He will send it back to Galaxus. In addition, you then register a message with Galaxus. I then simply received a new set - in the outer box.
Another tip: The chance of getting a nice LEGO set box increases if you order the sets individually, i.e. they are alone in the box. If you order several sets, the chance of damage is much higher, because the sets can break against each other. This is less environmentally friendly. Or you can pick them up in the shop.

We ordered several pieces and received them all in a lego outer box and a galaxus box. Despite the seal on the lego box being intact, one of them was damaged (lego box intact, lego box defective). So it's also down to the manufacturer ;).

My Lego box was delivered today in an oversized white Galaxus box. The Lego box was still damaged!

I received the set in a brown cardboard box with the LEGO logo! TOP :)
