Question about LEGO boost

I got the Lego Boost and sat down to start building. Unfortunately, the app won't go any further after the firmware update. The picture with the three terminal boards is displayed but I can't click on anything. Tried on three different iPads and an Android tablet, same picture everywhere. What can I do? Warranty replacement?

Hello ,
It also works for me without any problems.
Active Bluetooth is important, otherwise it won't work.
Otherwise, go to Google and type in lego boost reset - there is a guide that might help.
It should flash white or blue above the green button,

Hello. It works perfectly for us and is great fun. Actually, you can select the terminal boards and start building. Have you selected the top tab with the building instructions? Have you inserted the batteries and activated Bluetooth? This won't come until the next step, but maybe that's the reason...it's just an idea...
