Question about LEGO boost

How old are your children who already have fun with Lego Boost? For the sets in other Lego themes (especially City and Technic), I have found that my children (and also those of friends) get on well with sets whose recommended age is up to 2 years above that of my children (i.e. my 5-year-old can handle Technic sets that are from 7 onwards. Above that age, he usually has problems). Is Lego Boost roughly comparable? What are your experiences?

First of all, this is a great set! If your son can already manage Technic sets from 7, he will probably be able to do this. The app is super made and very easy to understand, the possibilities are almost inexhaustible. Our son is 8 years old and thinks LegoBoost is great!
