Material set for making handmade paper. Tear the paper pulp into small pieces and soak them in water. Blend the wet pulp in a mixer or with a whisk. Pour the mixture with plenty of water into a deep container and sprinkle in lavender flowers. Stir the pulp and get it moving. Then lower the frame into the mixture and lift it back up horizontally, allowing the paper pulp to settle in the frame while the water drains through the integrated sieve. Carefully transfer the wet paper mass onto the provided absorbent cloths and let it dry. With this technique, you can recycle various scraps of old paper and create interesting surfaces, prints, or motifs, which can also be enhanced with glitter, for example. Using a single frame (instead of the double frame) results in uneven, rustic paper edges.
