Z-Man Games Pandemic Iberia

We are in the middle of the 19th century, and the Iberian Peninsula is ravaged by malaria, typhus, cholera, and yellow fever. As members of the second royal philanthropic expedition, you must prevent these four diseases from spreading.

Pandemic: Iberia is a stand-alone game in which you can discover a historical version of the cooperative game that made the first Pandemic a classic. Take on one of the seven roles, such as the country doctor or the agronomist, and travel across the peninsula in search of each disease. You will travel by plane, boat, and train to help the Iberian population.

In addition to treating patients and sharing your knowledge, clean up the water supply to reduce the spread of diseases or build a railway network to make journeys between hospitals more efficient. No matter what direction you take, you will be in or out of the team.

In Pandemic: Iberia, your objective is to find out how to prevent these four diseases from spreading. Use the cards whose colors correspond to the disease cubes you have researched to purify the water in the surrounding areas and save yourself from defeat. Iberia also includes two variants that add additional options and historical precision. With the influx of patients, face the surge of patients in the hospitals of the 19th century, or fight even more serious illnesses that are unique.
