Weizenkorn Ludo

Each player occupies their starting fields with the four pieces of their color. Players take turns rolling the dice in a clockwise direction. If a player rolls a five, they may place one of their pieces from the bank, which is located to the left of the starting fields. In subsequent rounds, if a player rolls a five, they can choose to either move one piece forward or bring an additional piece into play. If a player rolls a six, they get to roll again. A six always counts as double, meaning 12 points. If a player rolls three sixes in a row, they cannot move any piece and must return all pieces that are not on a bank or on the home stretch back to the starting fields. If a player overtakes an opponent, that opponent's piece is sent back to the starting field. The dark fields are rest areas. Here, pieces are protected and cannot be sent back. If two pieces of the same color are on a rest area, they cannot be skipped. This way, players can block their opponents. Once a piece has circled the board, it moves up the steps of its target color towards the home field in the center. A player can only enter the home field with an exact score. If the rolled number is too high, the player must move back the corresponding number of spaces. The first player to move all four of their pieces into the home field wins the game. The other players continue to compete for the following positions.
