It can be rotated and played with from both sides. There are two learning modes: Storytime and Learning Time. It includes six story pages and six learning pages. The story pages read fun tales and ask questions about them. The learning pages expand on the concepts from the story pages through various play modes. All images and terms can be touched. By pressing the illuminated button, songs and specific phrases that match the open page are played. The sensor detects whether the device is held horizontally (for stories) or vertically (for learning). The learning content covers words and reading, emotions, colors and shapes, nature and science, as well as outdoor play. It features an automatic shut-off, a child-safe battery compartment, and volume control. Demo batteries are included.
