The Temple of Efferd in Neersand asks the heroes to deliver the Blue Tome, a relic of the legendary Order of the Theatre Knights, to a researcher in Hinterbruch. After an encounter with thieves and a run-in with malevolent murderers, the heroes make an unexpected stop at a fortress monastery that serves as a hospital for the mentally ill. During their stay, the heroes discover that some of the most dangerous inmates of the monastery may be possessed by evil spirits. In their investigations, the heroes uncover a shocking conspiracy that has devastating consequences for the future of the Bornland. In this second part of the Theatre Knights campaign, the heroes receive further clues about the identity of their enemy and his dark plans. The basic rules and the Aventurian Almanac are required for play. The Blue Tome can also be played as a standalone adventure.
