Trauffer Character

What a lovely little face. The bendable dolls with their round eyes and rosy cheeks are simply irresistible. Kitchen aprons, traditional alpine shirts, and suspenders - our classic dolls are dressed in a very traditional way. This family clearly prefers to be on the farm and in the stable of Trauffer Wooden Toys. All Pilgram bendable dolls are handcrafted in our workshop in the Bernese Oberland, with each little face lovingly carved from lime wood. The bodies and feet are made from beech wood, hands from maple, and arms and legs from Swiss flat yarn. The clothes are hand-sewn in-house at Trauffer Wooden Toys' design studio - of course, using Swiss fabric.
