The Contraband Playing Cards were designed in the UK by Joe White and are inspired by secret societies, conspiracy theories and all things unknown.
The case and the cards inside are made in the USA on FSC-certified ECF paper. Secret images are hidden in the design: the lines of the inner flap form (literally!) a face of mystery.
Every single playing card in the Contraband deck has been designed from scratch - even the aces, jokers and court cards show an unprecedented attention to detail. More than a year of work went into it - and every minute of it is visible in the final design.
