Tamiya Champ 2WD Buggy reissue 1:10
KitProduct details
The Buggy Champ 2009 from TAMIYA is the anniversary model of the Rough Rider and is offered as a kit, just like in 1979. The Rough Rider was Tamiya's first racing buggy at that time. The technical basis of the Champ corresponds to the original model, but there have been some updates for the Buggy Champ 2009, such as new wishbones, wheel hubs, and a modern electronic speed controller. Additional components have been reinforced to ensure contemporary stability for the 40 cm long model. Standard equipment includes a robust fiberglass chassis plate, a comprehensive ball bearing set, a powerful electric motor, oil-filled shock absorbers, and a pendulum antenna. The design of the plastic body remains unchanged, which will surely please not only nostalgia enthusiasts who remember the Buggy Champ as the Rough Rider.
Delivery includes: kit including electric motor, speed controller, and detailed instructions.
Technical details: fully ball bearing equipped, powerful electric motor type 540, 2WD rear drive, electronic speed controller, aluminum oil-filled shock absorbers, fiberglass chassis plate, enclosed box for receiver, controller, and servo, plastic body, block tread tires front/rear.
