Product details
Scythe: Colossi of the Skies contains two modular expansions: Airships and Resolutions. The airship module was originally created and shared by Kai Starck in the Scythe Facebook group. Jamey read the rules and was impressed by both what the airships added to the game and the effort Kai had put into the expansion by writing the rules and playtesting. So Kai, Jakub and Jamey worked together to refine the airship module.
In the airship module, 2 airship tiles are randomly combined at the start of the game (1 passive and 2 aggressive; there are 16 tiles in total). Each player's airship miniature model (a new unit type; 1 large miniature model for each of the 7 factions [the sculpts are identical and the bases have different colours to match the factions]) has these abilities as well as the core ability that airships can move freely to any territory (land or water) and cross rivers. Each player starts with their airship at their home base, so they can immediately move out of their home territory. The airship miniatures measure 101x33x41mm and have clear, removable plastic stands/bases.
In the Resolution module, Resolution tokens add a twist to how each game ends. There are 8 of them, and one is used in each game. They often have an impact on the decisions you will make during the game.
