140 years of friends for life. A soft toy as a toy? An era of play... In 1880, the first elephant sold as a toy from Margarete Steiff's workshop marked the birth of plush toys worldwide. We are celebrating this anniversary in 2020 with the 140th anniversary collection: all of its representatives bear the special Elefäntle logo "140 years of Steiff", and this special example from the family of classic soft toys is specially designed for the very youngest.
