Ingvar Carlsson is a Swedish rally driver who became an official driver for Mazda Team Europe in the late 1980s after winning twice in the Mazda 323 (in Sweden and New Zealand in 1989). In 1990, Carlsson also drove for Hartge Motorsport, which had developed a Group A E30. At the Rally Germany, which was not yet part of the WRC at that time, Carlsson finished fifth.
