Enables quick and easy connection to the PLC and expansion modules. 20-pin connector (for CPU models 312 except for 32-channel types) and 40-pin connector can be coded to fit specific module types and prevent incorrect connections. Retention mechanism prevents accidental disconnection of the connectors.
