Schleich Bison

The bison looks magnificent with its powerful head and the distinctive hump over its shoulders. Its thick brown fur is lighter and denser on the back. The thick skull and broad chest are black. Although the bison has two short horns on its head, which it can use to defend itself if necessary, it actually looks very friendly.

The bison is the largest mammal in North America, and this bull here is a particularly beautiful representative. Confidently, it stands with wide legs on the lush meadow, grazing contentedly. Suddenly, it jerks its head up. Did it hear something? The bison turns its large head to the side and looks across the vast plain. Nothing to see. It continues to graze leisurely. The colossus is quite peaceful. However, if it needs to, it will bravely defend itself and its herd. What one would least expect from it is that it can actually run quite fast. It can reach speeds of up to 56 km/h! Once it picks up speed, it charges like a massive avalanche towards its opponent. Fortunately, this only happens in emergencies.
