Who doesn't know the dreamily beautiful 4T engines from Saito? Known for years for their highest quality and reliability. Saito engines became famous during the era of glow plug engines. Always designed as 4-stroke, they come in a black casing with a golden valve cover or simply in a silver casing. Later, modern large-displacement gasoline engines with various cylinder configurations followed. Again, all in the typical 4-stroke design that Saito is known for. These new gasoline engines quickly gained popularity, as they were considered powerful and reliable from the very beginning. Gasoline engines have a lower fuel consumption than glow plug engines, and the fuel is significantly cheaper. The electronic ignition allows for starting the engines without a glow plug device, which greatly improves user comfort compared to earlier engines. Typically, regular unleaded gasoline is used in combination with high-quality 2-stroke oil in a ratio of 15-20:1. An English language manual is included with the engine.
