These CNC machined aluminium servo arms are not only connected to the servo from above via the mounting screw, but also with a hexagon socket screw on the side. With this screw, the servo arm is clamped onto the output shaft and ensures maximum hold. Another advantage is that it is now 100% backlash-free connected to the servo, which results in a more direct linkage and also relieves the gearbox. The number of teeth is lasered in as a number or abbreviation so that the type can be determined later. Since an aluminium servo horn is also much stiffer than a plastic arm, all commands are implemented much more directly and precisely.
