Waxed candle wicks for making your own candles. The candle wick is a crucial component in candle making and can be used with or without a wick holder. The wicks can burn from both directions, allowing for an even burn of the candles without significant soot production. Suitable metal wick holders are fixed at the bottom end of the wicks. The lengths can be trimmed as needed.

The waxed candle wicks are available in lengths of 10 cm and 20 cm and can also be cut to size as required. To use the wick holder, the wick is threaded through the small hole of the holder and clamped securely with pliers. The wick holder provides greater stability and is particularly suitable for use in candle jars or similar containers.

For easy application, the wick is initially fixed at the bottom of the container in the center with a few drops of wax under the wick holder, and the wick is aligned vertically. The container is then filled with wax. The candle wicks burn evenly without significant soot production and offer the advantage of being able to burn from both directions. Therefore, there is no need to pay attention to the burn direction when inserting the wicks.
