Product details

Pultruded CFRP profiles, made from 3K-HT carbon fibers (Torayca® T300 or equivalent) and a thermosetting matrix, are continuously drawn from a mold. This manufacturing process results in unidirectional fibers, meaning they are aligned in the longitudinal direction. A high fiber volume fraction of 58% is achieved with very low air void content.

Heat resistance: 120 °C
Tolerances: Typically, the deviation from straightness does not exceed 1 mm/m.
