According to our information, the Salta Premium Black Edition trampoline (Ø 427 cm) has 88 double conical springs with a length of 165 mm. These springs are specially adapted to the trampoline to ensure an optimal jumping experience. Replacing them with alternative, more elastic springs could impair the jumping characteristics and safety. We therefore recommend using the manufacturer's original springs.

The article is indeed very volatile. Not only for us, but for the entire market. As soon as purchasing and delivery conditions allow, we can lower the price again, but we don't know when this will be the case.

Hello Lozza We are very happy with it. Our eldest is 14 and 175cm tall and can really step on it.
I ordered the spare parts directly from Salto: https://www.salta.de/ we needed a new surround. Delivery times are just a bit long.

Experience after 1.5 years: Trampoline was outside all the time. Weathering is quite OK according to expectations. The net remains taut. Only the impact covers on the poles slip down when you hold on. Conclusion: Quality is okay for the price.
We have the trampoline for the 2nd season. The tension in the safety net is ok. The cover of the springs is not weatherproof and the seams tear soon.

Hello Melissa. My daughter, who is now 9, still uses it with her colleague, although that is outside the total weight allowed. It's rather small and when there are two kids in it, it gets cramped for flips. So for a while it would probably be big enough - but the footprint isn't that huge. For us, the time has definitely come to pass it on and sell it (cheaply).

Hello. No warranty extension is possible for this product
According to our information this is only the trampolin including the safety net.
The diameter 396 cm is with the padding ... i.e. largest diameter (outer diameter) of the trampoline is 396 cm
Directly over the phone at Galaxus. I had a warranty claim on the fibre optic rod. It took a long time but it arrived after several weeks.
The trampoline is weatherproof and can also be used in rain and snow.
Our daughter has been going on it since she was three and she loves it. It is big enough for 2 children and an adult without (too much) risk of collision. Don't forget to buy the sardines to fix it to the floor (sold separately)
According to our supplier, this is not possible. If you have a problem with the article, you can always write us an e-mail and we will look into changing the part.
